We host an all-encompassing design presentation with a floral mock-up at the rental showroom so you can sit in the chair, feel the linen and hold the glass. We’ll walkthrough the renderings of each space and unveil all we’ve designed!

From arranging hotel blocks to coordinating transportation, our logistics management ensures a seamless wedding day. Our extensive, detailed timelines leave no detail overlooked—precisely guiding vendors on arrival times and choreographing the entire wedding day, ensuring every moment unfolds according to plan. We host a call 60 days before the wedding to step through the drafted timeline line-by-line.
As a first step in planning, we’ll step through each space of up to three venues to discuss space planning, logistics and set design plans in motion with a great start to understanding how the wedding day will unfold.
Collaborating closely with the most esteemed creatives in the industry whom we've imposed the highest standards, we assemble an exceptional team to bring every de-sign to life. We assist with vendor interviews, thorough contract reviews, and invoice management through Aisle Planner, our planning platform.

Our team arrives early, before any other vendor, for a briefing, and then quickly moves into our dedicated tasks. We remain onsite throughout the day, following the timeline meticulously, and conclude by assisting vendors with load-out, dedicating 16 to 18 hours. We pride ourselves on being the last to leave.

In the days preceding the wedding, we manage a multi-day load-in at the venue. The load-in commences with tent setup, lighting installation, including the critical task of establishing power, and rounding out the load-in with rentals. The night before the wedding, we orchestrate the ceremony rehearsal alongside the officiant and musicians, fine-tuning the final de-tails.
